Projects

Group tracked accounts, campaigns, and competitors into client or brand folders, then filter your analytics by project.

What Projects are

Projects are folders for organizing your workspace by client, brand, or campaign theme. If you run tracking for several clients out of one Gromore workspace, a project keeps each one's accounts, campaigns, and competitors together so you're not sifting through everything at once.

Projects are many-to-many: a single tracked account, campaign, or competitor can belong to more than one project, and a project can hold as many of each as you need. Nothing is moved or duplicated when you add it to a project. You're just tagging what belongs where.

Projects are a Growth and Agency feature. If you're on trial or Starter, you'll see an upgrade prompt where Projects would appear.

Create a project and add to it

Start by creating the project, then attach the accounts, campaigns, and competitors that belong to it. You can add and remove items at any time, so it's fine to start small and grow the folder as work comes in.

  1. 1Open Projects and create a new project, giving it a clear name (for example, the client or brand it represents).
  2. 2Add tracked accounts, campaigns, and competitors to the project. The same item can sit in multiple projects if it's relevant to more than one.
  3. 3Remove an item from a project whenever it no longer belongs there. Removing it from a project does not stop tracking or delete any data.

Filter analytics by project

Once a project has content in it, you can filter your analytics down to just that project. This narrows dashboards and account views to the accounts you've grouped, so a client report reflects only that client's content.

This is the main payoff of Projects: instead of reading numbers across your whole workspace, you get a focused view per client or brand without setting up a separate workspace for each.

Good to know

Projects organize what you already track; they don't change how syncing, credits, or data honesty work. Video credits are still counted as net-new videos captured across your workspace, and the same views and engagement figures show up whether you view them by project or across everything.

How many projects you can create depends on your plan. Settings then Billing shows your live usage and caps, so check there if you're unsure where you stand.
