Team & roles

Invite teammates by email, understand the owner/admin/member/viewer roles, and manage seats from your plan.

Working together in one workspace

Gromore is built for teams. You can invite colleagues into your workspace so everyone works from the same tracked accounts, analytics, campaigns, and payout records — no shared logins, no exported spreadsheets.

Every teammate has a role that decides what they can do. Roles range from full control to read-only, so you can bring in an analyst, a client, or a finance approver and give each person exactly the access they need.

Team management lives in Settings under the Team tab. You invite people by email, assign a role, and manage everyone from one list.

Invite a teammate by email

Invitations go out by email. Open Settings, go to the Team tab, and choose Invite Member. Enter the person's email address, pick the role you want them to have, and send it. They get an email with a link to join your workspace.

Each invitation uses one seat as soon as you send it — a pending invite holds its seat until the person accepts or you withdraw it, so your seat count reflects people you've committed to, not just those who've joined. Until they accept, the invite shows under Pending invitations, where you can Resend or Withdraw it.

  1. 1Open Settings and select the Team tab.
  2. 2Choose Invite Member.
  3. 3Enter the teammate's email address.
  4. 4Pick their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer).
  5. 5Send the invitation — they'll get an email link to join.
  6. 6Track it under Pending invitations, and Resend or Withdraw if needed.

The four roles

Gromore has four roles, from most to least access: owner, admin, member, and viewer. Higher roles can do everything lower ones can.

Owner is the person who created the workspace. Owners can do everything, including billing, cancellation, and custom domains — the things tied to money and workspace ownership.

Admin runs the day-to-day workspace: managing the team, connecting integrations, and approving payouts, plus everything a member can do. Admins don't handle billing or cancellation — those stay with the owner.

Member does the core work: adding accounts, running syncs, managing campaigns, projects, and competitors, tracking videos, and creating payout records. Members don't manage the team, billing, or workspace settings.

Viewer is read-only. Viewers see everything the workspace shows — analytics, campaigns, payout records — but can't change anything.

Viewer access is truly read-only

When you need to share results without risking changes — think a client, a stakeholder, or a new hire still ramping up — the viewer role is the safe choice.

Viewer access is enforced in three places, not just the interface. In the app, buttons and actions that would change data are hidden. At the API, requests that would modify anything are rejected. And in the database itself, security rules block writes. That means a viewer can't work around the limit, no matter how they reach the workspace.

Seats scale with your plan

The number of teammates you can have is set by your plan's seat limit. Every active member and every pending invitation counts toward that limit.

When you reach it, the invite button prompts you to upgrade instead of sending. To see your current seat usage and cap, and to move to a plan with more seats, go to Settings → Billing — it shows your live usage against your plan's limits.
